The Difference Between Programs, Masterminds, and Memberships - Featuring Jen Kennedy

6 years and $4M later, I’ve learned something really important…

There’s a time and a place for programs, a time and a place for a mastermind, and a time and a place for 1-1 work.

For years, I’ve seen PROBLEMS ARISE with investments being wasted when you invest in the wrong thing at the wrong time.

I’m sure you’ve been there…I was too for years. I invested in programs when I really needed a mastermind. I invested in memberships when I really needed some quick 1-1 coaching.

Not many people are having this conversation because if you didn’t notice, it’s like the fking wild wild west out there on instagram row… people selling on every single corner.

But I think it’s a part of our job as leaders, coaches, healers, guides, mentors… (Can we just agree they’re allllll leaders) to help people figure out what they need and when.

So let’s do that, shall we?

Programs

Are for you when you want to learn a specific skill, tool, methodology, framework. AKA “how do I do this?”

Memberships

Are for you when you want to immerse yourself in the learning of a body of work, with a specific leader over the course of time.. valuing community AND depth of integration.

Masterminds

This is a space when you’re ready for depth, support, teaching, guidance AND a sacred community. The OG purpose of a mastermind is essentially that we are better together, contrary to what I was told in 2 masterminds, these spaces aren’t meant to be triggering… they’re meant to be beautiful, supportive and expansive. This is everything when you’re ready for true community and powerful guidance.

One on One

When you know that you want someone directly in your world – you fully trust this person and know they can help you with what you are going through, traversing through and wanting to grow into (because they themselves have the experience and tools).

You’re desiring a space where it’s just YOU, with their support to coach you, to guide you, to see what you don’t see, to be there with you, for both where you are and where you are wanting to go.

I really wouldn’t be here or have reached the success I’ve had if it weren’t for all of these different things to support my learning, growth, evolution and healing.

But I had to learn what was best – when it was best- and WHY it was best to be able to powerfully utilize each of the spaces for my expansion.
